In the newly built CIO office of APKV, we combine governance, compliance, implementation control and support with our tribes, departments and corporate partners in a close shoulder. We ensure a secure, resilient and performant IT operation. In the “IT Governance and Compliance” position, you can expect varied and responsible tasks in direct cooperation with the CIO of APKV. In doing so, you are customer-oriented as a central interface between the APKV Tribe Organisation, the departments and outsourced IT governance functions. The special focus is on the fields DORA Compliance, IT compliance, data protection and IT risks from the operational and compliance perspective together with the risk management function. IT Governance and Compliance Specialist CIO-Office (m/w/d) You work closely with the CIO of the APKV and, as a competent contact person, support other APKV units for your tasks. You advise and accompany the Tribes in the implementation of regulatory requirements, pay attention to their compliance and ensure a high quality performance. In the context of IT compliance, you monitor APKV for compliance with internal and external requirements, e.g. DORA, and keep implementing measures. You coordinate the interfaces between the APKV and the governance functions IT compliance and data protection as well as application development and IDV. In doing so, you introduce the APKV specifics into the development of regulatory requirements and ensure a practical implementation in the APKV. You are the data protection coordinator:in the APKV and coordinates the data protection activities with the data protection partners in the APKV and the overarching units in Allianz SE. You optimise existing processes through targeted improvements. You regularly report on the implementation of regulatory requirements for management, relevant bodies and overriding functions in Allianz Deutschland and Allianz SE.

IT Governance und Compliance Spezialist CIO-Office (m/w/d) You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable discipline. You have well-founded knowledge of regulatory requirements, processes and tools in the IT environment regarding IT governance and data protection ideally in the Allianz in Germany context. You have experience in working with agile teams and interdisciplinary units and know their processes You master challenges thanks to your analytical strength and your distinct conceptual ability. You are convinced by your communication and presentation strength at the operational and management level as well as by your safe occurrence and your persuasiveness. You are interested in developing your knowledge in using new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGPT. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing that complete your profile.
