During your training, you will get to know the entire recruiting process – from the viewpoint of the applications, to the communication with candidate: inside to the accompaniment of interviews and settings You support our employees along their entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – and are an important person in everyday work You plan and coordinate personnel operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our daily operations With exciting HR projects and themes of personnel development, you can actively participate and introduce your own ideas You get insights into the preparatory pay billing and get to know important administrative HR processes In addition, you will get to know the cooperation with external personnel service providers as well as our various logistics locations and get a comprehensive insight into modern staff work

Ideally, you have successfully completed the (special) high school or a very good middle school degree You work quickly into new topics, are motivated and willing to take responsibility independently Reliability, care and trusting handling of sensitive information are of course for you You communicate openly, friendly and have joy in dealing with people You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing You own the class B license Team spirit, commitment and positive radiation complete your profile
