You want to get started in the real estate sector? Start your dual studies with the appropriate practical partner. You will study myStudium in our study model and use interactive learning materials as well as our learning AI. You will then deepen your knowledge in regular accompanying events on campus or virtually. Fortem Verwaltungs GmbH manages and develops its own real estate projects and also accompanies external projects as part of a consulting service. Currently, real estate in North Rhine-Westphalia and the Netherlands are in our stock. Both new building projects are developed and existing properties are revitalized. We also like to discuss the use of public funding.

You will have the opportunity to supervise new and remodeling projects, to accompany the development process, and to implement them with external service providers such as architects and construction companies. The rental, administration and management of the company are based on in-house, you will be involved there accordingly. As we build a portfolio, you regularly support new acquisition projects and participate in visits You will also be able to contribute to the financing of the projects
