The department “IT-operation” operates and monitors at the Würzburg site the entire IT infrastructure and all IT procedures of the data center pension insurance (DSRV) and central services for all Pension insurance institution. The area with its approx. 30 employees put the operating systems, Data backup and monitoring based on virtualized x86 architecture available and monitors the quality of the operation procedures and services offered. In addition, the area General computer system as central core component of the DSRV.

Your tasks

• Management of the area with the perception of personnel and expertise
• Active design of the task area and strategic development of the IT infrastructure
• Supporting, accompanying and maintaining change processes
• Representing IT operations in projects and bodies of German pension insurance as well as external customers and partners
• Active use of management tools for personnel development and occupational health management

Your profile

• Completed academic degree (Master or equivalent degree)
• Long-standing professional experience in IT with leadership responsibility
• Current knowledge of IT infrastructures and IT architectures
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in coordinating and controlling projects, working groups and teams
• knowledge of personnel management and development
• A strong customer orientation, communication and coordination capability, a sovereign appearance with high social competence and openness to changes and innovations complete your profile

For the exercise of the advertised activity, we require your willingness to attend occasional, also multi-day missions.
