Senior SAP SCM Consultant (with a focus on SAP CS/SD and PM)

Support our team at the next time!

• Consulting and support of the Business Process Owner in the field of Customer Service, including the integration of SAP SD and PM into existing processes.

• Strengthening the SAP CS team as part of our international SAP S/4HANA transformation project.

• Conception, design and implementation of customer service business processes, in particular with regard to the integration of SAP SD and PM.

• Implementation of customizations of the application, functional tests and support in integration tests and user tests.

• Development of IT concepts that serve as input for our development team.

• Complete studies in the field of computer science, industrial engineering, business management or a comparable field

• Comprehensive experience in SAP consulting, especially in the design and implementation of business processes in SAP CS, complemented by knowledge in SAP SD and PM

• Knowledge of S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Field Service Management are advantageous

• Practical experience in implementing integrated processes in SAP ECC or S/4HANA

• Team player with a process-oriented approach and strong analytical skills

• Embossed customer and service orientation, paired with a diplomatic appearance

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
