Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

In this key role, you and your team shape the financial stability and further development of our company: Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts, asset accounting) Professional and perspective disciplinary leadership and further development of a 3–4 team coordination and maintenance of accounts and clarification of open items and differences Creation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB Support for budget planning and forecasts Initiation and implementation of process improvements in interaction with other disciplines Close cooperation with the management and participation in strategic decisions

You have the pleasure of numbers, structures, digitalization – and of working together in the team. A commercial training with further training on the account holder:in or tax advisor:in – or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in accounting, ideally in the international middle class Very good handling of modern software and an understanding of data-driven work Communication strength, team orientation and ideally first leadership experience Enthusiasm for modern financial processes and further development of processes
