Advice and support for employees and managers in occupational and health protection with a focus on hazardous materials management. You are part of our large EHS team at the Berlin site and are also part of a European Health & Safety Team from ADM with several locations in Germany. The following tasks also include: Takeover of the functions and the field of activity Specialist for Safety at Work for the Berlin site with a focus on hazardous materials management Takeover of functions and the field of activity Hazardous Substance Officer for the Berlin and Nauen sites Participation in advising and supporting businesses in managing change processes, designing, planning and procurement of new jobs, processes and equipment Participation in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of occupational safety-relevant internal and external audits Support for coordination and cooperation with employment protection authorities and the professional community Exchange and Cooperation in the European Health & Safety Team Cross-sector work in a growing EHS team

Successfully completed (special)higher education in the field of occupational safety or Engineering and alternative

Experience in the field of occupational safety and hazardous materials management, preferably in the industrial environment Complete training on the specialist for occupational safety Experience in project management and management Strong communication skills in connection with reliable German and fluent English Versified handling of MS Office applications High affinity for effective self-organisation including time and data management Class B driver's licence and driving practice for the location Curiosity and passion for work protection topics
