Specialist IAM – Identity and Access Management (m/f/d)

A high-performance identity management is the core of our IT architecture – and right there you are. As an IAM Specialist (all genders), you are responsible for Entra ID, central M365 workloads and the further development of our hybrid AD/Cloud identity landscape. With INFORM, you make sure that authentication, permissions and workflows are stable, secure and scalable around the world so that our employees can reliably deliver the software solutions to our customers.

You take responsibility for our Identity Management in Entra ID and make sure that roles, permissions and processes work clean and comprehensible You control the complete user and group lifecycle and keep our management tools slim, efficient and reliable You administer Microsoft teams and ideally introduce your know-how for Teams Rooms and Telephony You can take care of the stable operation of Exchange Online – On-Prem knowledge you can also use if necessary You develop our SharePoint environment pragmatically and make sure that it remains technically clean You can tackle technical challenges directly (troubleshooting), keep our monitoring in mind and continuously develop our M365 services so that everything goes round.

Education as a specialist in system integration, MATSE or computer science studies – comparable practical experience is also welcome Ideally about 3 years of professional experience as a system administrator*in or comparable activity Solid experience in the M365 environment, ideally with identity focus and knowledge in the hybrid AD environment Experience with PowerAutomate and PowerShell as well as basic knowledge of Azure are desirable Fun and interest in process digitalization and automation High sense of responsibility, reliability and confidential handling of sensitive data Ability to work independently and conceptually and to develop topics forward-looking German language skills (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
