Quality inspector with a focus on supplier management (m/f/d)

For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a quality tester (m/w/d) with a focus on supplier management.

Problem solution: You coordinate the problem-solving process for purchasing parts in close cooperation with the internal departments and the supplier. Deviation management: You process deviation messages from faulty parts in coordination with the design and purchasing and check corrective measures of the supplier in written comments and by on-site visits. Requirements Management: You agree product specification, delivery regulations and other requirements with the supplier. Quality improvement: You are working on the continuous improvement of the quality of the delivered products and supplier processes by means of audits and supplier discussions. Supplier rating: You conduct supplier reviews with suitable key figures and agree quality targets with selected suppliers. Escalation management: You conduct escalation talks with the supplier. Quality assurance: You support employees in quality assurance in the review of quality requirements for existing, new, or change parts and accompany the goods receipt testing process.

Education: You have successfully completed your technical studies or technical training, ideally with relevant (master/technical) training. Professional experience: You have a long-term professional experience (> 5 years), ideally in the field of quality assurance/control. Methodology competence: You have experience in quality processes and methods (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, Quality Core Tools). Measurement technology: You have experience in handling test and measurement equipment. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing. Software knowledge: You are routined in dealing with MS Office; Experience with the SAP QM module is advantageous. Personal strengths: Embossed team skills, resilience, flexibility as well as an independent and careful way of working. Travel readiness: Local service trips to suppliers (about 20%) are not a problem for you.
