In particular, analyses and assessments of the future European energy system and the electricity markets are becoming increasingly important due to the Europe-wide energy transition. My tasks: You want to understand precisely how, in the future, power demand can be met as efficiently as possible with a volatile supply-dependent power generation from wind and sun, what role storage and load flexibility will play in this and what value transmission capacity in the future power system? To answer these and similar questions, we are looking for a reinforcement for our team at the next possible time, which brings great interest and knowledge of methods, The core task is to analyze future scenarios of the European energy system based on market simulations. You perform these independently and in TSO teams. You contribute decisively to the further development of market simulation models and processes.
