Application Support Specialist” in the CPI (Customer & Process Integration) team, you take on exciting tasks in the field of system and process integration. In a 7-strong team, you take the technical support for customers of our customer portal, as well as for customers with direct interface into our order systems. First of all, you enter our GO! Customer portal at the level of the 2nd level, and you contribute to a smooth business. For the customer-oriented development of the portal, you specify requirements and test them after successful implementation. Within our connection standard, you will accompany our interface customers in the analysis and implementation of the best possible connection. If you need an individual connection, you specify the process customer needs and then derive the necessary technical conversion. From onboarding to GO! Live its interface. In case of customer requests and fault messages, you enter existing intersections.
