Your tasks as team management

• Professional leadership of employees and first contact person on site
• Monitoring of product quality and quantity
• Coordination of required work materials
• Control of work content for process optimization and ergonomic workstation design
• Participation in audit evaluations
• Coordination of the learning of new employees and organisation of co-arbiter rotation
• Implementation of the Lean Mangement standarts
• Ensuring compliance with safety requirements
