Professional care and monitoring of neurosurgery patients, e.g. after tumor surgery, spinal interventions, skull-brain trauma Narrow neurological control (pupil control, vigilance assessment, motor and sensitivity testing) Monitoring of drainage, shunts, liquordrainages and wound management Support for pre- and post-operative care and preparation of patients for interventions Detection and immediate action in neurological deteriorations and emergency situations Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, physiotherapy, and ergotherapy and documentation of nursing measures according to current quality standards

Complete training as a nurse, nurse, nurse, health care and nursing, nursing Experience in neurosurgery, neurology, IMC and surveillance care Safe, clinical judgment, pronounced observation and structured and responsible procedures Team spirit, professional communication and joy in accompanying patients with complex neurological diseases at high professional level
