Multiannual professional experience as a construction manager (m/w/d) in the field of technical insulation or completed training in the field of insulation technology (m/w/d) Funded knowledge in project management and employee management Experience in cooperation with subcontractors and contractors Knowledge of common standards and regulations in the field of insulation technology Organisational strength and enforcement capacity, coupled with a solution-oriented working style High level of responsibility, self-initiative and reliability Joy of work in the team as well as safe and professional appearance towards customers and project partners driving licence class B
