Software Architect (m/f/d)

You create and independently apply software concepts and partial architectures. To do this, you analyze customer and system requirements and guide functional and non-functional software requirements. You are constantly tuning with the system architecture, project management (m/w/d) and development teams and ensuring the implementation of architecture in terms of quality, durability and performance as well as the embedding of external components. You analyze the software development in terms of security, performance or vulnerabilities, and you also use software components or maintain market-available software components. You'll create documentation such as design descriptions or architectural decisions. You support the technical assessment and participate in make-or-buy decisions in your own responsibility.

You have a successfully completed degree in the STEM area, preferably computer science, software engineering or a completed vocational training as a specialist (m/w/d) with specialized training, special training and many years of professional experience or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in creating and maintaining software architectures. To do this, you are familiar with the safe handling of tools for architecture modeling and requirement definition. You are passionate about modern software development: Clean Code and Software-Craftsmanship are familiar to you and you use it regularly. You have good implementation capabilities in at least one high language, preferably C++, and experience in design, testing, build(CMake) and/or continuous integration of software (CI) – preferentially with GitLab. Agile working methods in software development are familiar to you. Impressed team and communication skills are your strengths as well as the ability to present and convey your work results in German and English.
