Exciting insights into the diverse and modern HR work – with special focus on recruiting talents in commercial training With your feeling for audiences and your communication strength, you develop messages that arrive exactly where to work You stand in active exchange with applicants: women for our professional training professions, answer first questions and coordinate appointments Own pre-selection of applications as well as first selection talks – so take early responsibility in the recruiting process Bring your own ideas for the Candidate Journey and take responsibility in smaller projects around the Azubi win

Continuous study of economics, ideally focusing on personnel, economic psychology or a comparable subject – and the motivation to support us for at least 6 months Enthusiasm for HR topics and ideally first practical experience in recruiting or staffing Interest in working independently and responsibly, promoting issues and introducing new perspectives Open, communicative personality with joy in team work – because we can only grow Badenova together Very good knowledge of German and the ability to communicate at least to C1 level in professional and social situations
