With production, logistics, sales and administrative areas throughout Germany, we make a decisive contribution to the success of the company. To strengthen our team Real Estate Management we are looking for you as a dedicated personality with a view to the whole and sense of structure. Your duties Full perception of the ownership function for corporate real estate including Control internal and external interfaces Management of property taxes and audit, release and creation of tax-relevant declarations Assessment of real estate (including purchase price distribution, residual use periods, insurance values) Processing and control of property-related contracts, cataster and survey topics including legally safe documentation Cooperation in investment and rental management as well as in projects (e.g. digitalization, process harmonisation)

Ideally, you will bring: Complete university degree in the field of economic or engineering with real estate or comparable qualification (e.g. real estate economics, real estate specialist, real estate businesswoman/mann) Multiannual professional experience in real estate or property management, ideally on the owner side Experience with property taxes and property valuation issues Basic knowledge of German building, contract or property law of advantage Understanding accounting and tax relationships in the real estate context Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP REFX, AI applications (Copilot, ChatGPT) and real estate IT systems Very good German and good English skills Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods as well as strong team and communication skills We offer you Flexible working hours, hybrid work, individual further development possibilities, attractive additional services and an open, collegial team that actively shapes changes.
