HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the monthly pay bill for all employees - reliable, punctual and accurate Overtime, premiums, deductions and other components of the remuneration you calculate with highest accuracy You care and manage the employee data in the HR and billing systems As a competent point of contact, you offer support for all questions relating to payment Legal changes you observe and implement these independently in the accounting processes You create regular and ad-hoc reports on salary data, absences, overtime and HR KPIs You analyze existing accounting processes and develop them actively - Efficiency and accuracy are your benchmark You work closely with finance, IT and external partners such as health insurance, etc.

You have a completed commercial training and several years of experience in pay billing, ideally in a medium-sized or larger company Finding knowledge of wage and salary accounting, tax law and social security You have experience with HR and accounting systems such as SAP HR You are safe in handling Excel (Pivot, SVERWEIS, Data Analysis) Knowledge of the automation of billing processes is a plus You have a pronounced number affinity and always work precisely Deviations are critical and rely on fact-based decisions You take tasks with utmost care and ensure their complete and correct execution Even in stressful billing phases, you remain resilient and keep an overview when it comes to New software and digital workflows inspire you You are always open to new things, like learning and actively bringing ideas to process improvement In dealing with sensitive employee data, you act discreetly and trustworthy You are communicative and team-ready, you like to work across departments and thus contribute to the joint success
