Customer Service - SAP / Spare Parts / Mechatronics (m/f/d)

You process technical customer requests for spare parts, rebuilds, and modernizations, and You agree closely with the service teams and the construction. You take over the independent organization, control and documentation of all service processes – from the request to the successful conclusion. You carefully maintain the material master data in SAP and ensure that all distribution-relevant texts and data are always up-to-date and correct. You will find creative solutions and, in cooperation with the design, develop technical alternatives for cancelled spare parts to keep our customers' systems running.

You have a technical training, e.g. as a technician or master (m/w/d) in the field of mechatronics or industry, and have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience. Read and understand technical drawings as well as control and control schemes. You are familiar with SAP and the current MS Office applications. With your distinctive customer orientation and your independent working method, you will also find the right spare parts solution for tricky enquiries. You communicate safely in German and fluent in English in order to optimally maintain our international customers.
