Area management & realignment: You assume the overall responsibility for the internal logistics and transform the goods receipt, warehouse and shipping sectors into a modern, process-oriented unit. Process design & implementation: You develop efficient material flow concepts and introduce resilient standards that optimally combine theory and practice. Result-oriented project management: From the digitization of the warehouse processes to the optimization of stocks, you conduct projects that create real benefits and ensure delivery performance. Active interface design: You work closely with production and purchasing to minimize friction losses and guarantee precise material availability. Performance control: You establish relevant key figures (KPIs) and use them as a basis for continuous, targeted optimization of logistics performance.

You have completed their studies or a well-founded training in the field of logistics/material management with corresponding theoretical background. You already have first leadership experience (e.g. as a team leader or shift leader) and are characterized by a pleasant, value-adding and motivating leadership style. You are a powerful person who wants to translate Lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kanban) into practice in a targeted manner. You have a high IT affinity for ERP systems and enjoy anchoring pragmatic digital solutions in everyday work.
