As a community manager (m/w/d), you moderate discussions to promote a positive and constructive community environment and monitor our social media channels with a view to customer feedback, trends and important conversation topics. You take care of building and maintaining relationships with community members. You support the online marketing team in projects such as our Advent calendar or promotions on theme days. You're not afraid to show off the camera You support the support, design and publication of high-quality social media contributions. You work with different teams or with the management in the event of major communication crises. You conduct independent thematic research and, together with the team, conduct strategic concepts for the social media channels of the fund finance for ongoing editorial plans and temporary advertising campaigns. You support in other online marketing areas such as newsletters or website care. Period for 18 months

You bring a degree in marketing/communication or media sciences or comparable training. You have first knowledge in the field of online marketing and social media. In addition, you have pronounced communication skills and can express yourself very well both oral and written. Basic knowledge in the field of insurance and financial services is desirable, but these are not a must. You may already have experiences with other online marketing channels (e.g. newsletters, content platforms, websites etc.) You are a team player or a team player
