You take over the processing of the national and euro-national stock receipt and ensure a smooth process. You process customer requests in close coordination with our MRP departments. You ensure the timely and quality-oriented delivery, even with special requirements. You take care of customer complaints, shipment differences and delivery demands with a solution-oriented view. You process delivery obstacles and communicate them professionally with customers, colleagues and across locations in the Active Report. You are the contact person for our drivers and support them in their concerns. In the context of holiday representations, you also take over the processing of rolling cards.

You have completed commercial training, ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services. Alternatively, you will bring a comparable training with relevant professional experience in logistics. You are characterized by a high service and customer orientation. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and are safe to handle MS Office. You work structured, responsible and remain resilient in challenging situations.
