General Manager Logistics support in operational, conceptual and strategic topics Coordination and administrative support of logistics projects Creation and preparation of decision bases, presentations, contracts, guidelines and organizational instructions Control and coordination of cross-departmental tasks and processes and ensuring a smooth flow of information Monitoring and tracking of deadlines and assignments Creation, analysis and preparation of key figures, reports and economic evaluations Planning, organisation and tracking of appointments, meetings and business trips logging of sessions and ensuring a structured and digital document deposit Interface function and communication with internal departments and external partners Conducting research, obtaining external information and supporting special topics (e.g. ideas management, coordination of events)

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in assistance, ideal in logistics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office as well as modern communication and collaboration tools Embossed organizational and analytical skills Structured, independent and discrete operation High level of reliability, resilience and sense of responsibility
