Retail HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Activity description:

To strengthen our Retail HR team, we are looking for a Retail HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in the vicinity of Berlin or Leipzig

Your tasks:

Responsibility for the implementation of the HR agenda to support the business strategy and ensure the achievement of central KPIs. Building leadership skills through coaching, development and support of senior leaders and management teams. Participation in the development and implementation of the talent strategy incl. Recruitment standards, and succession planning. Management of employee relationships topics such as disciplinary or complaint procedures, as well as ensuring compliance and corporate policies. Cooperation with Centers of Expertise, HR Service Center and executives to implement effective HR solutions. Monitoring and initiation of change and cultural measures.

Your profile:

Multiannual HR experience, ideally in the multi-site environment within a dynamic, customer-oriented industry (e.g. retail, leisure, services). Very good understanding of HR and labour law framework conditions as well as current and future people topics. Flowing German and English knowledge at least at B2 level Leadership and coaching skills as well as first experience in building executives. Strategic thinking combined with high operational implementation strength. ready to travel 2-3 days per week with accommodation (due to the residence). Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and act as an effective business partner.
