You tax tenders (tenders) end-to-end – from the analysis of the award documents to the tender strategy to the timely submission, in compliance with the requirements You create, coordinate and finalize offers including internal votes and releases You submit offers yourself via award portals for a structured archiving in SharePoint You are the central contact person for awarding agencies and you are working on bidding questions, requests and award decisions You co-ordinate Tender Previews and Reviews in close coordination with the relevant departments and thus support resource and annual planning You actively participate in the further development of processes and tools – from offer templates and text libraries to workflows

A commercial training or a comparable qualification – e.g. in the field of media, office management or wholesale and foreign trade A careful, structured way of working and a high level of quality – especially for formal documents A solution-oriented way of working and pragmatism Experience with delivery dates and the planning of tasks First experience in offering processing and order description are advantageous Very good written communication in German and English, for exchange with customers and colleagues (national and international)
