The focus of your activity lies in the independent and timely execution of monthly wage and salary bills for a fixed group of employees. You are available to our executives and employees as contact persons in billing, wage tax and social insurance issues. You take care of reporting and certification as well as the processing of correspondence with sickness insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities. You make sure that statutory requirements and deadlines are complied with and implemented in tax and social security law, and that you support in the case of pay tax and social insurance audits. You are responsible for creating statistics and personal evaluations. You also work on individual areas of financial accounting (debitors, creditors, investment assets, banks, cash registers). You support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, the creation of tax registrations and statistics as well as master data management and the increase in accounting processes efficiency.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in wage accounting, as well as a well-founded knowledge in wage tax and social security law. Ideally, you have professional experience in a comparable position in a producing medium-sized company with international locations. You are experienced in handling MS Office, accounting software (DATEV) and ERP systems. You bring very good knowledge of German and good English and enjoy working on global projects in international teams. You score with a structured, self-responsive working style and a high level of readiness. Discretion and service orientation are of course for you. A strong communication skills is one of your strengths. You have a quick understanding and work responsibly, targeted and result-oriented. You are characterized by high team skills.
