Manager Fundraising (focus on acquisition & major donations) (m/f/d)

Your post: In this role you gain new sponsors and donors, develop existing relationships and strengthen our fundraising by data-based control. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and continuously develop our approaches along the entire donor life cycle.

Live your tasks with passion! You: develops and optimierst fundraising and acquisition measures with focus on large donations and funding and is in close cooperation with our supporters to bring them closer to the sport aid and our funding opportunities design and control data-based fundraising campaigns along the entire donor life cycle (acquise, activation, binding, upgrade) – online and offline develops data-based control by KPI tracking, reporting and deriving optimization measures analyzes CRM and campaign data, identifies growth potentials and develops target groups, segments and upgrade routes develops and develops newsletter and email streams for donation and development controls external service providers and agencies and ensures targeted implementation works closely with internal interfaces and ensures an integrated implementation of fundraising measures
