We are looking for a Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) for long-term use in a nursing facility. You accompany residents in everyday life, take care of basic and treatment and work closely with the care team.

Your tasks

• Main care and treatment
• give medicines by medical order
• Inhabitants' health status
• Detecting and sharing changes
• Support and mobilize residents in everyday life
• Care documentation carefully
• Vote with relatives, doctors and the care team
• Work with care planning and care processes
• maintain hygiene requirements and internal processes
• Participate in handovers and team agreements

You bring that with

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)
• As an alternative, a comparable nursing qualification, for example health care and nursing, nursing or nursing
• Experience in stationary or outpatient care is advantageous
• Willingness to work in shiftwork
• Careful and responsible operation
• Sensitivity in dealing with people in need of care
• Team skills and clear communication
• German in word and writing
