IT Application Manager DMS (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional advice, support and support of customers in relation to the care products and services around Easy DMS. Ensure the running and fail-safe operation of Easy Archive and Easy Capture (Easy DMS) software and the workflows associated therewith You support the IHKs in implementing introductory projects in the field of document management system and digital shipping. You take over the installation, configuration and maintenance, maintenance and support of the DMS systems. You define peripheral analyses, requirement definition and prioritization activities including the inclusion, evaluation, validation and classification of requirements for DMS solutions You define and perform manual, functional acceptance tests and acceptance tests, define acceptance criteria and support user acceptance tests.
