Customer focus: After a well-founded incorporation, our national and international customers are responsible for their first contact, logistical planning and after-sales. Interface: You create calculations, track offers and coordinate appointments between purchasing, production and logistics and external forwarding partners. Process professional: You enter orders in Microsoft Navision, organize the forwarding processing and accompany the entire workflow systemically. Configurator: We appreciate your outside view – actively optimize our process chains and processes across department boundaries.

A commercial training (e.g. industrial/speech merchant) or a comparable qualification. Feeling for teamwork and communication. Organizational talent: You work independently and know what priority is. Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with ERP systems (Navision). Good knowledge of German and English for correspondence with our worldwide partners.
