Within the 3-year dual training, our trainees get to know all the important operational processes in our branches, through the different teams and acquire all necessary knowledge in practice. We will familiarize you with the processes in a disposition, including: tour planning, review of steering and rest periods, review of the digitally recorded working hours, retrieval of tours, vehicle deployment planning, audits and damage processing, creation of holiday and shift plans and coordination of workshop dates. You trade with drivers. You support the daily business and gain comprehensive knowledge. You will also get to know the operating accounting and controlling as well as the cost and performance accounting. Regular feedback talks and the support of our trainers help you get better and better. After successful completion, your career starts with us.
