Do you not only master pay billing professionally, but would you like to independently conduct and develop a sensitive and business-critical area?

In this position you assume the overall responsibility for a demanding payroll with industry-typical accounting features, perform a well-established 4-headed team and remain close to the operating business. You will be able to visibly improve the design space, processes, cooperation and SAP-based processes. There is no exclusively coordinating leadership but a professionally convincing personality who takes responsibility, makes decisions and supports the team in day-to-day business. The position offers a high visibility within the organization as well as direct interfaces to the HR Manager, financial accounting and central corporate functions.

Our client is an established production company with a four-digit number of employees and combines industrial performance with short paths within the local organization.

Responsibility for the proper, timely and law-compliant pay bill for a larger group of employees Discipline and professional leadership of a team of pay accounting specialists Own implementation of a defined part of the monthly pay bill Further development and optimization of payroll processes as well as active participation in digitization and HR projects Contact persons for internal interfaces, group functions, authorities, social security institutions and auditors

Successfully completed commercial training or studies with further training in personnel or finance or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in pay billing as well as sound knowledge in pay tax and social security law First or multi-year management responsibility within payroll or pay billing Experience with SAP and ideally knowledge of an industrial environment with layer models, supplements and complex working time structures Structured, conscientious and solution-oriented mode of operation with high reliability
