You independently identify maintenance and repair requirements and plan appropriate measures that you subsequently implement structuredly. Reconstruction projects in stock accompany you from preparation to successful implementation and ensure a smooth process. You tax external partner companies. In addition, you coordinate their operations and make sure that agreed services are provided reliably and in the desired quality. During ongoing operation as well as in projects, you will keep an eye on appointments, costs and quality requirements and, if necessary, take control. A special focus of your activity is on the safe and trouble-free operation of our electrical systems as well as the communication, security and information technology systems in our properties. In addition, you actively contribute to the preparation and implementation of new construction projects and support their technical design.

A completed study in the field of electrical engineering, electrical and information technology or a comparable field of expertise forms the basis of your profile. Ideally, you bring first or more years of practical experience in technical building management with - preferably in the environment of sensitive or critical infrastructures. A start is also possible as a professional beginner (a*). Knowledge of the planning, operation or maintenance of electrotechnical installations – such as medium and low-voltage systems, UPS systems, power supply systems, safety lighting systems, fire alarm systems or building automation – are advantageous. Basic knowledge of project management is available; a certification (e.g. IPMA Level D or comparable) represents an additional plus point. A clear communication, commitment, and team capacity support you in successful collaboration with different interfaces. Your work is structured, independent and shaped by a solution-oriented approach. A class B driver's license ensures the necessary flexibility in the care of different applications.
