In Germany we pay according to the applicable collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant sector of the respective federal state, in Austria according to the applicable collective agreement for all employees: in the hotel and restaurant sector and in Switzerland according to the L-GAV (Landes total employment agreement of the restaurant). For full-time, the gross/month compensation rate specified for the position, plus variable remuneration and benefits.
