Planning and maintenance of new buildings and maintenance projects Coordination of deficiencies in existing buildings Coordination of moving within the plant Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Cost and appointment tracking, creating status reports Creation of business cases for investment projects Creating requirements in SAP

Completed study of civil engineering or architecture or completed technical training with corresponding professional experience At least four years of relevant professional experience Experiences in the areas of construction and new construction Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial Knowledge of facility management is desirable Confidence with provisions of accident prevention and the workplace directive Structured and independent working methods Communication and team skills Good English knowledge of word and writing Standing for occasional missions
