The EJBW is an educational establishment with 9 buildings, 57 guest rooms, 17 seminar rooms and one

large park-like terrain in the centre of Weimar an der Jenaer Str. 2-4.

Your Daily Business – Here you can:

• Team coordinator: You coordinate our three-headed home technology team, plan the stakes

and agree professionally.

• Turntable: You are the interface to reception, kitchen, cleaning and administration.
• Director: You tax external service providers and craft companies and accompany construction and

Reconstruction measures.

• Strategy & Crafts: You plan maintenance and repairs according to priority – and pack

craft tasks according to your focus also on yourself.

• Safety anchors: You make sure that our buildings and facilities are technically perfect

work.

Your profile – This is what you bring:

Different technical priorities are welcome. We're looking for someone who

Organizational talent combined with craft background.

• Base: You have a training in crafts or technology (e.g. carpenter's, carpenter's,

SHK-anlagenmechaniker*in) or are Master*in/Techniker*in.

• Experience: You know yourself in facility management or building management.
• Mindset: You work structured, think independent and take responsibility.
• Team spirit: You communicate clearly and appreciate the cooperation at eye level.

Content & Benefits – Fair and transparent:

We remunerate your expertise in accordance with the country's collective agreement (TV-L)

• Salt: In step 2 you start with about 3.300,00 € gross (as of [for phone number see the original ad]). As a coordinator, you take a key role. We reward this with a functional supplement and further supplements of up to approx. €700 per month in addition to the basic salary. You also receive an annual special payment according to TV-L
