Head of a currently four-member team of project managers: Independent resource planning for the team Support for the project business team Responsibility for the economic and technical planning and implementation of building equipment in new, re- and extension buildings, modernisation and refurbishment for knowledge and research, mainly in line with the upper fees of HOAI § 53 Project/specialist project management for the plants of supply technology (Sanitary, Heating, Spatial Air Technology, Use-specific Plants) Coordination and control of technical planners: within the planning and construction business unit, as well as management of external planning offices in the projects to be processed Perception of client tasks Participation in the design and implementation of contracts with external design participants (technical engineers) and coordination of external planners: Technical analysis and evaluation of technical plant concepts for external design participants under economic, safety and energy (EnEV and sustainable construction) Consultation of the scientific areas in the planned structural tasks

Completed university or Master's degree in the field of supply technology with the main point of building equipment or a comparable field Extensive professional experience in the planning and implementation of complex TGA facilities Vocational experience as a manager in a comparable activity Good knowledge in the field of building equipment (Sanitary, heating, air-conditioning, use-specific installations) Experience in all phases of HOAI Legal knowledge (construction, planning, procurement and contract law) and knowledge in technical regulations and regulations
