• Ensuring and monitoring the smooth production process with a focus on blow molding machines - preparation, installation and operation of production facilities, in particular blow moulding machines - detection and elimination of disturbances in the process (execution of small repairs and maintenance work) - monitoring of the workflows and product quality as well as visual and quality control of the newly produced IBC - fixing the order sequence in line with production planning

• Complete vocational training as a locksmith, electrician or machine and plant leader or comparable technical training - Multiannual professional experience in the same position in the production plant - experience in employee management - Good knowledge of German - Good PC skills, MS office in particular Excel
