Your tasks make you a designer (m/w/d) of our raw construction projects: Taktgeber & Coordinator – You plan, design and control the timely construction process in the raw building in close cooperation with the project team. Supporters & Transformers – You are on the side of the construction line and ensure the smooth implementation of the raw construction measures. Communication & Transparency – You take part in discussions on the construction process and run the construction diary to document the construction progress transparently. Quality expert – you coordinate and check your own employees and the building partners' structures in the raw building and ensure that the highest quality standards are met. Security & Sustainability – You monitor the construction site and ensure that work safety and environmental regulations are complied with. Resource Manager – You control the entire use of personnel, equipment and material.

Your profile – Not from the bar You bring not only specialist knowledge, but also the certain “biss”. What we wish: (m/d), Werkpolier (w/m/d) or Meister (w/m/d) with a well-founded practical experience in the building. Leadership – Safe in the guidance and guidance of professional staff and construction partners. Regulatory – Funded knowledge in the VOB and in occupational safety and environmental regulations. Enforcement & own initiative – you make decisions and bring a high degree of self-initiative.
