Efficient appointment management: You coordinate the speaking hours and reliably organize the dates of our selective patients. Structured administration: You take over all administrative tasks and keep an overview even in case of higher patient records. Professional practice organisation: You are responsible for a well-functioning and optimally organized practice.

You have completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d). You bring several years of professional experience from the hospital or an MVZ. Ideally, you have already completed a further education on the practice manager or are willing to complete it in a timely manner. You are safe in handling KIS systems as well as MS Office and work routined with digital processes. You can always keep an overview and act confidently in the case of higher patients. You are happy to work in an interdisciplinary team, and your friendliness, communication strength and service orientation are particularly distinguished.
