Facility Manager / Building Technician (m/f/d)

In this position we occupy at the locations of the group of companies in Engelskirchen-Ründeroth and Lindlar, we are looking for you as:

Facility Manager (m/w/d)

• Regular control and maintenance of technical equipment to ensure smooth operation
• simple repairs
• Detection / elimination of faults in the technical installations
• Ordering and monitoring of external specialist firms for major repairs or maintenance work
• Guide operating books, maintenance plans, energy consumption and other relevant documents
• Check of fire protection systems, escape routes and other safety-relevant areas
• Voting with the guard and closing service
• Contact person for tenants and employees for technical requirements in the workshops
• Takeover of administrative tasks

Your profile

• Complete craft or technical vocational training in the fields of building technology, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Professional experience in technical building management or as a master (m/w/d)
• Basic knowledge of building control technology and safe handling of MS Office
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Basic knowledge of technical safety regulations
• Self-employed, structured and responsible working with a high level of teamwork
• Car guide ticket
