For a large order in Hamburg-Finkenwerder we are looking for dedicated team leaders or In this position, you take the professional leadership of a cleaning team, soaring for a smooth running of daily work and actively working with yourself in the operational business. Together with your team, you will ensure that the high quality and safety standards of the aviation industry are complied with at any time.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Professional management and coordination of the cleaning team in daily use
• Organizing, controlling and monitoring workflows taking into account work, health and environmental protection
• Contributing new orders and ensuring a timely and high quality execution
• Active cooperation in technical cleaning and simultaneous monitoring tasks on site
• Contact person for the customer in the daily business and continuous care of a trusted cooperation
• Recording and documenting the team's working hours
• Supporting operational executives in quality assurance, quality management, environmental management and disposal
• Participation in continuous improvement of workflows and processes

This is how you inspire us

• Complete training as an industrial cleaner, industrial mechanic or comparable technical or craft qualification
• As an alternative to several years of professional experience in technical cleaning or a comparable industrial environment
• Ideally first experience in the professional management or coordination of employees
• Good German knowledge at least at level B2
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system as well as on weekends if needed
• High customer orientation, sense of responsibility and joy at work in the team
• Hands-on mentality as well as independent, reliable and structured operation
• Class B driving licence for rapid operational readiness within the premises
