Process planner (m/f/d)

Planning and design of new work processes and optimization of existing work processes Implementation of all product-specific process steps for the production (e.g. process sequence, process times, determination of the equipment requirement, layout planning, capacity planning, implementation of new manufacturing technologies, etc.) Determine workplace design and implement it with other workplaces according to the principles of lean manufacturing Planning and execution of production tests and production of samples / prototype parts, up to series maturity Participation in FMEAs and derivation of resulting measures Design/projecting (creation) of equipment (machines, equipment, tools and devices) Compilation of load specifications/ specifications for a wide variety of equipment, including Supplier acceptances Implementation of cost-benefit analyses and profitability calculations You create and update process documentation (work instructions / setup plans / maintenance plans ...) Guided projects and cross-disciplinary activities and communication Experience in machining is advantageous

completed technical training, a study as an engineer or a further training to the state-tested technicians of advantage; as an alternative to relevant professional experience in the said task Multiannual professional experience in the metal or electrical industry, ideally in process planning Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Experience in the area of cutting advantage Safe handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems CAD knowledge, in particular SolidWorks, desirable Embossed communication strength, team capability and loadability Very independent, structured and independent mode of operation
