The Q15 “Strategic Demand Planning for Real Estate with Public Use, Real Estate Economics and Transport, Education Building Bremen” Unit at the Senator for Finance is still in the foundation phase. The tasks of the unit include, inter alia, the development of real estate strategies, concepts and portfolio analyses to cover the area needs of public use of schools and daycare centres, police buildings and offices.
