About us In the section Product Strategy Bus, we collect, analyze and evaluate trends on their relevance for the MAN business field Bus in order to integrate these topics into the further development activities in a sustainable and entrepreneurial way. In our sister development/package department, we ensure that optimal vehicle concepts are developed that meet customer and market requirements as well as legal regulations. We place great emphasis on simple maintenance and continuously work on the development of a modular platform to reduce the development and validation effort.

Your tasks: You introduce your creative ideas to develop innovative vehicle concepts and shape the bus of the future You are investigating how automated driving affects the vehicle concept and is therefore already working on the mobility of tomorrow You identify construction boxes, components and materials of existing and future vehicles You carry out complete vehicle packaging checks to determine the optimal vehicle package Finally, you will develop a recommendation for the ideal vascular size and properties in the bus segment, including structure and optimal components You are in the middle of it - at the interface between product strategy and development departments
