Werkstudent IT Support On-Premises & IAM (m/w/d)*

To strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a working student IT Support On-Premises & IAM (m/w/d)* at the next possible time for our Rendsburg or Quickborn site.

Creating and maintaining user accounts in a central identity management system. Providing and activating two-factor authentication tokens for secure access. Support in creating and updating system descriptions, operating manuals and content in the customer wiki. Participation in communication with internal customers, e.g. through contributions for the newsletter.

You are an intangible student (m/w/d)* in a technical or IT-related course (e.g. computer science, business informatics, system technology, etc.) with interest in IT security, user administration and the further development of IT infrastructures in the on-premises environment. You work structured, reliable and keep an overview even with recurring tasks. You go on your own and solution-oriented tasks – you don't hesitate to get support on questions. You are curious, open to technical topics and enjoy improving together with other processes. You have very good German skills in word and writing and feel comfortable in a professional working environment. You are ideally standing for approx. 20 hours/week available, during the lecture-free time also more. Your success is a priority for us: we are looking for your schedule and your exams when planning operations.

Transparent remuneration: As a working student you start with us with an hourly wage of €16.92. As an intern, you receive a fee of € 1,624 per month for both compulsory and voluntary internships Sensual task: With us you will make a valuable contribution to the energy transition - in a large company and with many perspectives. Flexibility: As a student, you work up to 20 hours a week in the semester. Your working time and place are agreed with the team. As an intern, you have a 37-hour week and also the opportunity to work on the mobile. Development: You can write your thesis with us.
