As a consultant (m/w/d) in the project and product management team, you are the link within the field and the interface to other departments in the fund finance. You have fun in optimizing operational processes in the field of property insurance – including using modern AI tools, developing efficiency and sales-enhancing measures and thereby helping us to go new ways. You actively introduce new ideas and accompany them end-to-end – from design to operational implementation to quality assurance and participate in internal projects. You'll start reports and KPI overviews for the area and also take care of regular evaluations reliably.

You have a completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with insurance cover. You own well-founded project management expertise; Experience with digitization/automatization is advantageous. You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills; complex content you prepare for target groups. You work in a targeted and solution-oriented manner, see yourself as a problem solver and convince by a high self-initiative and sense of responsibility. A very good communication and team skills as well as the safe handling of MS-Office are yours. A safe occurrence, independent, structured and conscientious procedure round off your profile.
