Facility Management Clerk (temporary position) (m/f/d)

In your role as a specialist in facility management, you are responsible for the operational supervision of branches in the region and our tenants.

In concrete terms:

Active cooperation in fault and maintenance management as well as processing of technical faults in the branches Support of the team during the assignment, care and control of external service providers, such as craftsmen, commissioning of cleaning/disposal etc. Maintenance of property master files in internal systems and support in the organisation of inventory This place is limited to 2 years

Successfully completed commercial, technical or crafted training, happy with real estate Professional experience in real estate or facility management desirable Self-employed, structured and conscientious work Strong communication capability associated with a good number affinity Very good MS Office knowledge, knowledge of Google Workspace tools of advantage
