Tasks

Ensuring the maintenance and maintenance of buildings and technical installations

• Implementation of small repairs and crafts
• Monitoring of external service providers and their work
• Regular inspection of buildings and outdoor installations
• Coordination and documentation of maintenance work -Sic production of compliance with safety and environmental standards -Support for relocations and internal changes
• Processing of rent questions and support in their concerns

Requirements profile

Complete technical or craft training -experience in building management or in the technical field

• Knowledge of the maintenance and maintenance of buildings and installations
