As a commercial employee (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in customer order processing, you are the central interface between customers, service providers and internal departments. You coordinate customer orders, appointments and vehicle movements and ensure that all processes interact smoothly. At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively shape the construction of efficient processes at our new site. This is what you expect: direct customer contact: You are the first contact person for our customers: on-site and ensure a smooth running – friendly, competent and solution-oriented. Coordination of vehicle logistics: You take over the organization around the on and off of the vehicles and ensure that all processes interlock optimally. Production of transport documents: You participate in the creation of documents and make sure everything is correct and complete – and make an important contribution to a smooth overall process. Working on the output switch: You support the vehicle output with your service-oriented way and always have an overview. Treatment of complaints and warranty cases: You are actively addressing problems. You carefully process complaints and actively contribute to satisfying our customers. Process optimization in the team: You analyze existing processes and interfaces, detect weaknesses and bring you ideas for improvement.
